- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience of my life. Dr Swier is a professional and very kind man. However his staff lacks empathy & compassion. He performed surgery on me twice in a 3 week period. I was given a large bill after the first one. I paid it. The pain from the surgery was a MILLION times worse than what I went in for. Obviously something went wrong. The second surgery corrected the pain he created. However I'm still worse than my first surgery. I called to let them know its swollen, its double in size and I can barely walk. I was told that I have a follow up in 2 days. The dr's not in so could I wait. I didn't have a choice. Well the next day I was called and told I owed more money. I didn't agree with it and said we need to focus of fixing what I came in for and what you have created. I would like to discuss the billing with someone. To make a long story short, I was called back and told if you don't pay it we will not see you. So I'm in dire pain. I cant walk and I've found a new Dr to look at this mess. I asked for my medical records, which I agreed to pay for and their response is they have 30 days to get them to me. They will let me know when they are ready. Makes me sad that I even went there. I knew he just lost a major lawsuit in the million dollar range for causing a patient more harm than good. So you have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!September 13, 2017by Eric Meyer
